Shipping Policy & Returns 

Free Shipping Australia-Wide

All Australian orders are shipped free of charge. The price you see at checkout is all-inclusive — there are no hidden or additional costs.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Additionally, I will personally confirm receipt of your order, usually within one to two hours (please note I am often in the studio creating art!).

I aim to dispatch your artwork via a trusted freight provider within five business days, with delivery typically within fourteen business days. If you have any questions about your delivery, please reach out to me by email.

International Shipping

I also ship internationally using DHL Express and FedEx. Additional shipping costs will appear at checkout once you select your destination country.

Please note that customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. I recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential costs.

If your country is not listed in the checkout options, please contact me by email, and I will guide you through the process.

 

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

I am committed to ensuring my collectors are completely satisfied with their purchases. Once you receive an original artwork, you have seven days to decide if you wish to keep it or return it for a refund.

The return guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Limited edition photographic prints (20, 50, or 100 copies)

  • Any artwork that has been altered after purchase (e.g., stretched, cropped, or modified)

 

Returning Original Artwork

To return an artwork:

  1. Notify me within 7 days of delivery by emailing zelkoart@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Take photos of the artwork before repackaging, and email them to me.

  3. Repackage the artwork carefully using the original packaging. If original materials are no longer available, you must provide suitable packaging to ensure safe return.

  4. Ship the artwork within 3 days of notifying me.

 

Important: Do not ship the artwork before contacting me. Returns sent outside the 7-day notification period or without proper packaging may not be accepted.

Once the artwork is safely returned, I will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (shipping costs and international customs fees are not refundable).

If Artwork Arrives Damaged

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery via info@zelkonedic.com

  2. Keep the original packaging for assessment.

  3. Take photos of the damage and packaging, and email them to me.

  4. I will contact you to discuss the next steps, including replacement or repair options.
