Australia wide, shipping is covered by zelkonedic.com. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required. 

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from zelkonedic.com, to the email address you have specified on your account. The artist will normally confirm receipt of your order within one to two hour of ordering ( please don't forget i'm in the studio most of the time making an art ).

 

Artist will attempt to have your artwork sent by  associated freight provider within five business days; and delivered within fourteen business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

zelkonedic.com  ship internationally with DHL Express and FedEx.  For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will be added to the order summary on the checkout page once you've selected the destination country. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.

 

Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.

 

If you're located outside the selected list of countries, reach out by info@zelkonedic.com , and artist will walk you through the required process.

RETURNS

 

zelkonedic.com is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of my art collectors! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork,  artist will give you seven days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

Photographic prints:

  • Limited Edition of 100

  • Limited Edition of 50

  • Limited Edition of 20

* Please note, artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified) after purchase are not returnable.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORIGINAL  ARTWORK?

Original Artwork Return Policy

From the time you receive your original artwork from a courier you have seven days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  

Artist  also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three  days after confirming with me that the work will be returned.

So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from zelkonedic.com  and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  1. Seven days to contact the artist about your intent to return the work

  2. Three days from the day you contacted the artist  to ship out the artwork. 

***Do not ship the artwork before contacting the artist. ***

If you do not notify the artist of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying artist, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Original, UNDAMAGED WORK

 

Step 1 – Within seven days of your merchandise delivery date, please email info@zelkonedic.com to give the artist your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 –Take photos of artwork before you package it and email it to  info@zelkonedic.com.

 

Step 3 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. Please package an artwork the same way the artist packaged it for shipment.


Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Zelko Nedic  will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

 

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven days of your merchandise delivery date, please email info@zelkonedic.com to give the artist your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to info@zelkonedic.com


Step 4 - The artist will contact you to discuss next steps.
